Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Australian warehouse. Standard shipping Australia-wide typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Tasmania and remote NT/WA can take longer. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

What is your returns policy?

Change of mind: 30-day return window. 15% restocking fee applies. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost. Item must be unused and in original packaging.

Faulty, damaged, or not as described: Full refund (including original shipping). We cover return freight. In line with Australian Consumer Law.
