Dispatch

All orders are dispatched within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next available business day.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location. The following are estimates only and are provided by the carrier — they are not guaranteed.

  • ACT & NSW: 1–3 business days
  • VIC & QLD: 2–5 business days
  • SA & WA: 4–8 business days
  • NT & TAS: 5–10 business days
  • Rural & Remote areas: May take longer than metro estimates

Delivery Issues

My Little Store is not responsible for courier delays, missed delivery timeframes, or carrier-related issues once an order has been dispatched. We are unable to cancel orders, issue refunds, or provide compensation for delays that occur after dispatch.

In the event of a delayed, lost, or misdirected parcel, please contact the courier directly in the first instance. We will always assist by lodging enquiries or claims with the carrier where possible — we're here to support you throughout the process.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct delivery details are provided at checkout. Any additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. All shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.
