• You must contact us as soon as the fault is identified and provide clear photos and a description of the issue
• If the claim is approved, we will advise whether the item should be returned or replaced
• Replacement or refund is issued at our discretion once the item has been assessed

2. Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns are accepted strictly under the following conditions.

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original re sellable condition
• The buyer is responsible for return postage costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Refunds are issued only after the item is received, inspected, and approved

3. Wrong Size Ordered

If an incorrect size was ordered, the following conditions apply.

We dispatch orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• Dispatched orders fall under the return conditions outlined in this policy
• Items must remain unopened and in re sellable condition to qualify for a refund

Items are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement if they show signs of:

• Incorrect installation or setup
• Neglect or poor handling
• Excessive force or strain
• Use outside normal operating conditions

This policy applies across all return and refund scenarios.

Trailer Cover Specific Conditions

The following situations are considered misuse and are not covered under any circumstances.

• Trailer covers that are not properly secured during use
• Damage caused by loose or flapping covers while driving
• Broken zippers, torn fabric, split seams, or failed fixings caused by improper securing
• Loads that extend above the height of the trailer cage or framework
• Any item protruding above the trailer cage height that places stress on the cover
• Damage caused by sharp edges, protruding items, or overfilled trailers

Any damage resulting from the above will void eligibility for return, refund, or replacement.

Support Bars Installation and Use Conditions

The bars supplied by My Little Store must be installed strictly in accordance with the provided instruction manual.

The following circumstances are considered misuse and are not covered under any return, refund, replacement, or liability claim.

• Bars not installed in accordance with the supplied installation instructions
• Incorrect positioning, spacing, fixing, or alignment of bars
• Use of unauthorised fixings, fasteners, or modifications
• Failure to properly secure bars before use or transport

My Little Store accepts no responsibility or liability for:

• Damage to trailers
• Damage to trailer covers
• Damage to the bars themselves
• Any consequential or incidental damage

where such damage results from incorrect installation, failure to follow the provided instructions, or improper use.

Installation is the responsibility of the customer, and it is the customer’s obligation to ensure the bars are fitted safely and correctly before use.

6. Packaging of Returns Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are packaged securely.

• Original packaging should be used wherever possible
• Items must be protected to prevent damage during transit
• If an item is returned damaged due to poor or inadequate packaging, the refund may be reduced or declined entirely

Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued for the product value only
• Original shipping charges are not refundable
• Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the conditions of this policy

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once an order has been dispatched:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided by the carrier
• Any delays, disruptions, or delivery issues after dispatch are outside our control
• My Little Store is not responsible for courier delays, missed delivery timeframes, or carrier related issues

We are unable to cancel orders, issue refunds, or provide compensation for delays that occur after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct delivery details are provided at checkout. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information will be the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of a delayed, lost, or misdirected parcel, we will always assist by lodging enquiries or claims with the carrier where possible. However, please contact the courier directly first. While outcomes and timeframes are determined by the carrier, we are always here to help and support you throughout the process.
